Beyond Addie (Webinar)

“Beyond ADDIE: Other ISD Models You Should Know About” was a webinar I created and facilitated for our local ATD chapter .  Most learning professionals are familiar with good ol’ ADDIE as a method of instructional design.  I wanted to introduce people to some of the other design models I’ve seen and used.  The idea wasn’t to discourage people from using ADDIE but, rather, to get them to consider other design models and methods for their future projects.
